Purpose: The purpose for our award program is to reward business sites that use the Internet to increase sales by promoting their products, services, and business in a positive and creative method for their customers.

Our Award: Ace Wholesale's Business Excellence Award is granted to online businesses that meet all our criteria, has a secure shopping cart, and is promoting their business in a professional manner. There are 3 ranks to our award, 1st(90+), 2nd(80-89), and 3rd(70-79). The award will be based on the points from two main categories, Content (60%) and Design (40%)

Content: The content of a web site is the main reason a customer or visitor will buy your product, use your service, and return to your business.

Must have a privacy statement clearly posted.
It should be easy to understand and when technical words are needed to explain a point, an easy to read translation should be provided.
If the site process orders online, then it must be secure!
The business contact information should be easy to find.
Pornographic, racist, demeaning, illegal content, and "Get Rich Quick" scheme sites will not be accepted as nominees.

Design: The first thing customers will notice is the layout of the site. A business site should leave a positive first impression The overall presentation of the site should make the visitor want to come back.

Site must be well organized and easy to navigate and each page should have reasonable load times.
Must contain NO broken/dead links, missing graphics or any pages which are "under construction".
Photos should be optimized for improved site performance.
